Use the WaiverLyn AI Assistant

Click the indigo sparkle button in the bottom-right corner of any page in the dashboard. The WaiverLyn chat panel opens. You can also visit the full WaiverLyn page from the left sidebar for a larger interface.

Type any question about HCBS care, EVV compliance, Medicaid billing, or how to use WaiverCarePro. WaiverLyn draws on a knowledge base of HCBS regulations, EVV requirements, and billing guidance. Example questions: "What happens if a caregiver clocks in outside the geofence?" or "How do I handle a 277 claim rejection?"

On any visit detail page, click Generate Note. WaiverLyn drafts a clinical visit note based on the tasks completed, the patient's care plan, and any exceptions flagged during the visit. Review and edit the note in the modal, then click Save as Supervisor Note.

On the patient's Care Plan tab, click AI Suggest. WaiverLyn reviews the patient's diagnosis, existing goals, and service type and suggests additional SMART goals, care tasks, and medication considerations. All suggestions include a clinical disclaimer and require staff review before saving.
