Complete Agency Onboarding
Walk through the 6-step onboarding wizard to fully configure your agency.
Step 1 — Agency Information
Enter your agency's legal name, primary address, and phone number. Select your primary state of operation. This information appears on all generated documents and EDI submissions.
Step 2 — Provider Credentials
Enter your NPI (National Provider Identifier), Medicaid provider ID, and any state-specific license numbers. These are required for claim generation and EVV submission.
Step 3 — Licensed States
Select all states where your agency is licensed to operate. Each state you add unlocks the corresponding EVV aggregator and payer configurations.
Step 4 — Payers & MCOs
Add the Managed Care Organizations and payers your agency contracts with. For each payer, enter your provider ID, timely filing limit (days), and primary contact information.
Step 5 — Service Types
Configure the services your agency provides — for example Personal Care, Respite, or Companion Care. For each service, set the procedure code, unit type (hours, visits, or units), and billing rate.
Step 6 — Business Associate Agreement
Review and accept the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) required under HIPAA for processing Protected Health Information. Click Accept BAA to record your acceptance. This step is required before accessing patient records.
