Register Your Agency

Create your WaiverCarePro account and set up your agency profile.

Step 1 — Create an account

Go to the WaiverCarePro registration page and enter your agency name, your name, email address, and a password. Select "Agency Admin" as your role. Click Create Account.

Step 2 — Complete your agency profile

After logging in, go to Settings → Agency Profile. Fill in your agency's NPI number, Medicaid provider ID, primary state of operation, and physical address. Click Save.

Step 3 — Configure your licensed states

Under Settings → Licensed States, select the states where your agency operates. This determines which EVV aggregators and clearinghouses are available to you.

Step 4 — Set up billing

Navigate to Settings → EDI & Billing to configure your clearinghouse connection (Change Healthcare, Office Ally, or Availity). Enter your submitter ID and credentials. Click Test Connection to verify.
