Configure EVV Settings

Set up your EVV aggregator credentials for your state.

Open EDI settings

Go to Settings → EDI & Integrations. This page shows all available EVV aggregators for your licensed states.

Enter aggregator credentials

Click on the aggregator for your state (e.g. Sandata for PA and OH, Tellus for NC, HHAeXchange for IL and NY). Enter your agency ID, client ID, and client secret provided during onboarding. Select your environment (Sandbox or Production). Click Test Connection.

Obtaining credentials

Sandata/HHAeXchange: Submit a 3rd Party Integration Support Request at hhaexchange.my.site.com.

Tellus: Contact NC DHHS EVV at medicaid.ncdhhs.gov/EVV.

DXC (TX): Contact TXsupport@hhaexchange.com.

Credential issuance typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Submitting EVV data

Once credentials are configured, go to the EDI page and use the Submit EVV button to transmit verified visit records to your state aggregator. You can submit individual visits or in batch.
