Manage Caregiver Credentials

Track certifications, training, and credential expiry.

View caregiver credentials

Go to Caregivers and click on a caregiver's name. The Credentials tab shows all certifications on file with their expiry dates and status.

Add a credential

Click Add Credential. Select the credential type (e.g. CPR, HHA Certification, TB Test), enter the issue date and expiry date, and optionally upload a scanned copy. Click Save.

Expiry alerts

The compliance dashboard flags caregivers whose credentials are expiring within 30 days or have already expired. Expired credentials trigger an automatic notification to the caregiver and their supervisor.

OIG exclusion checks

The platform can perform OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks to verify that caregivers are not excluded from participating in federal healthcare programs. Run checks from the Compliance → OIG section.
