Audit Readiness Scoring
Use the pre-audit self-assessment to identify and fix compliance gaps before a state audit.
Open Audit Readiness
Go to Compliance → Audit Readiness. The system automatically scores your agency across six compliance categories: EVV data completeness, billing accuracy, incident documentation, credential currency, authorization coverage, and record completeness.
Understanding the score
Each category shows a Pass, Warning, or Fail result with a percentage score. Your overall readiness score is a weighted average across all categories. Scores above 90% are considered audit-ready.
Remediate failures
Click on any Warning or Fail result to see the specific records causing the issue — for example, visits with missing GPS data, caregivers with expired credentials, or claims filed past the timely filing deadline. Each result links directly to the affected record so you can fix it immediately.
Re-run the assessment
After fixing issues, click Re-run Assessment to refresh your scores. Run the assessment monthly as part of your compliance routine, and before any scheduled MCO or state audit.
