Using the Compliance Dashboard
Monitor credential expiry, authorization utilization, and incidents.
Access the Compliance Dashboard
Click Compliance in the left sidebar. The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of compliance issues across your agency.
Credential expiry alerts
The Credentials section lists all caregivers with credentials expiring in the next 30 days or already expired. Click on a caregiver to update their credential records.
Authorization expiry alerts
The Authorizations section shows patients whose authorizations are expiring soon or have been exhausted. Click Request Renewal to initiate the renewal workflow.
Incident reporting
Use the Incidents tab to log and track any reportable incidents (falls, medication errors, behavioral incidents). Each incident record includes the date, type, description, and resolution status. Incidents can trigger notifications to supervisors.
