Claim an Open Shift
Browse and pick up available shifts broadcast by your agency.

Find available shifts
On the Today tab, scroll down to the Available Shifts section. Open shifts broadcast by your agency appear here as cards showing the patient, date, time, and service type.

Claim a shift
Tap Claim on any open shift. The app checks for scheduling conflicts — if you already have a visit at that time, the claim will be rejected with an explanation. If available, the shift is added to your schedule immediately.

Conflict detection
You cannot claim a shift that overlaps with an existing scheduled visit. The system checks both your caregiver schedule and the patient's schedule to prevent double-booking.
