Clock In to a Visit

How to start a visit using the WaiverCarePro mobile app.

Open the app and view your schedule

Open WaiverCarePro on your phone. The Today tab shows all visits scheduled for today. Tap a visit to see the patient's address and scheduled time.

Tap Clock In

From the visit detail screen, tap the Clock In button. The app will request access to your location — tap Allow. Your GPS coordinates are recorded at the moment you clock in.

Geofence verification

The app checks whether you are within the expected distance of the patient's address. A green indicator means you are within range. A yellow or red indicator means you may be outside the geofence — your coordinator will be notified.

Clocking in offline

If you have no internet connection, the app will still record your clock-in locally. The timestamp and GPS coordinates are saved and will automatically sync to the server when your connection is restored.
