Clock Out of a Visit

While a visit is in progress, the Today tab shows an Active Visit banner at the top. Tap it to open the active visit screen.

Tap the Clock Out button. Your GPS coordinates are recorded. The app calculates the total visit duration automatically.

Hand your phone to the patient or their representative. They sign directly on the screen using their finger. Tap Accept Signature when done.

You can add a brief note about the visit before submitting — for example, noting a change in the patient's condition or any tasks completed. Tap Submit Visit when ready.
