Verify or Reject a Visit
Review completed visit records and EVV data.
Find completed visits
Go to Visits in the left sidebar. Filter by status "Completed" to see visits that have been clocked out but not yet verified.
Review EVV data
Click on a visit to see the full detail: clock-in time, clock-out time, GPS coordinates, distance from patient address, duration, and any exceptions flagged by the system.
Verify a visit
If the visit data looks correct, click Verify Visit. The visit status changes to Verified and it becomes eligible for claim generation.
Reject a visit
If there is an issue (e.g. incorrect times, wrong patient), click Reject Visit and enter a reason. The caregiver will be notified. Rejected visits are not billed.
Handling exceptions
Exceptions are flagged automatically when the caregiver was outside the geofence, the visit duration was unusually short or long, or the clock-in method could not be verified. Review exceptions on the Exceptions tab before verifying.
